Most businesses have a clear, prioritized action plan within 3 to 5 weeks of starting. For engagements that include implementation, timelines are scoped to your roadmap with defined milestones so progress stays visible and on track.

What happens after the diagnostic?

The diagnostic gives you a clear picture of where your operations stand. The roadmap that follows lays out exactly what needs to change and in what order. From there, we can move into implementation together, or your team can use the roadmap as a guide to execute independently. Either way, you walk away with a clear, actionable plan.
