Privacy Policy

Norithm only collects information you enter yourself. There is no account system and no login.

Through the contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number and country code, company name, your role, industry, company size, current operations maturity, the operational pain points you select, and any additional detail you choose to write.

Through the five self-serve tools (Operations Health Assessment, Process Audit Checklist, Automation Readiness Quiz, ROI Calculator, and Cost of Delay Calculator), we collect your name, email address, company name, general location, the answers or figures you provide, and the resulting score. Every tool displays your results on screen immediately. Providing an email address is only necessary if you want the report sent to you.

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, to send the report you requested, and to prepare for a conversation about your operations. Tool inputs are used to generate your report and to understand the operational patterns common across the businesses that reach out.

Norithm does not sell your information, does not rent it, and does not share it with advertisers.

Notion stores contact form and tool submissions as our client record system. Resend delivers the report emails you request. Vercel hosts norithm.ca and processes the web requests that reach it.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. Data may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States.

norithm.ca does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party ad or social tracking scripts. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your own browser so the site remembers it between visits. That preference stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

We email you when you request a report, and when we reply to something you sent us. We do not run a newsletter and do not add you to a marketing list without you asking. Every report email includes a reply address, and you can ask to stop receiving email from us at any time by replying or by writing to aman@norithm.ca.

Enquiries and tool submissions are retained while they remain relevant to a potential or active engagement, and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it entirely. Write to aman@norithm.ca and we will respond within one business day. Canadian residents have these rights under PIPEDA, and we extend the same handling to everyone who contacts us regardless of where they are located.

norithm.ca is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a revised date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be communicated directly to anyone affected.
